I am thoroughly unimpressed with my service provided by Bell Canada for home internet and the service provider by Koodo Mobile (wholly-owned subsidiary of Telus). My Bell internet is consistently throttled (speed intentionally slowed down) when downloading large amounts of data. Although the CRTC does not consider this to be illegal, it should be. I pay for 25MB/s download speed, yet I rarely get that.My Koodo phone plan is one of the best value plans they offer unlimited talk/text nationwide and 2GB of data for $60. This amounts to one of the highest data costs in the developed world. We are a developed country, why is it that we are paying developing countries rates for telecommunications?
