We live in the small community of **** Lake (just off the TransCanada Highway) in the municipality of Huron Shores. We have a land line phone ($50/ month), Satellite TV ($90 / month) and we use Bell mobility (with an signal booster) for our internet. We pay $55/ month for our internet which gives us 3gb of data usage. We cannot get cellphone connection at our place without having to purchase a booster. So we don't own one. I feel that the rural areas are greatly under serviced. We pay the same amount of taxes and pay more for heating and electrical services. ALL CANADIANS ARE NOT TREATED EQUALLY!!!. It is time for urban areas to pay more to support the rural population.
