We live in rural Nova Scotia and are becoming increasingly frustrated with our rural broadband service. It has been extremely slow and we need to restart many times a day to get to any websites and Google search results. Our company, Eastlink are nice folks but the number of interactions are very frustrating. Every year we must book an appointment and wait at home all day while they make changes to the antennae system, and then check on our computer. We lose a day's pay each time. They say the leads are corroding and they must replace each time with a boom truck that must drive across our front lawn to access, putting deep ruts in the lawn.
