Hi,I live in **** City, Ontario, Canada and I am the 1992 generation the younger generation. I am here to share some of my views for the future of Canadian communications. Firstly the TV industry in terms of typical and current satellite and cable TV service is no longer considered essential service from people from my generation. As the entire communications industry is changing Canadian ISP should build up meeting the fast-changing demand. There are multiple array of Internet issues for residential and small businesses. TVFirstly the TV industry in terms of typical and current satellite and cable TV is longer be considered essential service from people from my generation. The landscape is changing for the better pointing towards the internet. The number one question from people in my generation is why pay for a typical TV service when I can get it online for cheaper? No commercials! Although my generations mentality is a shock and aww experience with the old school TV industry. Why keep funding this old school TV service? My generation (1992) consider typical TV (satellite/cable) service second class. Yes, there will be huge job losses with the a-la-carte but new IPTV industries will grow and create new jobs for the better allowing more Canadians to afford an all in one service. Allowing Canadians to make their own decisions at their own discretion and not being forced to pay for channels people don’t want.Internet The Internet industry is huge but there are a lot of issues. Firstly, Canadian Internet needs to be affordable to all Canadians. Secondly, the Internet needs to be available to most Canadians in rural area’s. Canadian ISP’s need to implement a system to calculate the Network build costs giving people a choice to pay for the network build themselves in rural area’s that don’t have Internet yet available. Reasons why the Internet should be considered essential service in Canada!1) Creates Jobs on all levels. Canadians that are not educated in a particular area can research online opening career doors. Not all Canadians can afford College or University but they can afford the Internet the largest educational source on the planet opening up doors to people that otherwise will be closed. Allowing Canadian career dreams come true.2) The internet allows Canadians to destress cutting back on suicide and drug rates.3) The Canadian health care system is over run by people that don’t necessarily need to be at the hospital. If every Canadian had access to the internet they can search up the description of their infection if it is serious enough to go to a Doctor. 4) In critical life threating moments Canadians can rely on the Internet to see if someone is having a heart attack and how to save someone’s life. Even though Canadians can call 911 but the operator can not speak all languages in the world. The internet can.5) The Internet keeps the economy thriving. Allowing typical people and small business get products to market. Raisons pour comparaitre / Reasons for appearanceHi,I wish to appear because I am part of the new generation age group (1992) wave.
