I took the survey. It is biased on home internet. My big frustration is my cottage internet. I have semi-retired and spend more than 6 months as the cottage where I cannot get adequate affordable internet. Plans to upgrade phone lines were changed to providing cell phone service instead. Promises to make this affordable were not kept. Cell phone is not affordable for services like Netflix. Satelite services have too much lag to access work. The survey should be broader and ask if there are internet issues not covered by the survey.
