Telus provides ADSL Internet HighSpeed $58/Month (which is not listed on the Telus site) to our home (Rural) with OOKLA results as attached which is the best I've seen in 3 years. When queried as to why the speeds are so slow the answer was that I was .2km too far from the Keremeos Central Office. Prior to infrastructure changes 3 years ago I was able to see Download Speeds up to 1.3 Mbps and Upload up to 900 Kbps however no change to the price when service deteriorated to .9 Mbps and 250 Kbps after the 'upgrade'.There is Broadband (China Creek) or Xplornet available but cost and data limitations preclude switching nor interest leaving Telus. If the Telus' minimum package, Internet 15 with 3 to 15 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload, was available to me (and what I'm already paying for) I would be satisfied. Thanks for listening!
