I had a contract with Telus from 2006-2011, for landline phone, cable tv, and internet service. During this time, over half of my bills were incorrect, with errors always in their favour. This must have been deliberate (I was overbilled by small amounts, $5-20) as I cannot imagine a large corporations accounting people being this incompetent.I also imagine this practice was widespread, and I am surprised nobody launched a class action suit. Nevertheless, government really should monitor them and help the consumer in rectifying this practice.
